Free shipping to eligible destinations

Shipping is free on eligible orders to the countries and regions available at checkout. We cannot ship to destinations prohibited by law or unsupported by Shopify, or where a carrier service is unavailable.

Preparation time

All product categories have a preparation time of 7 working days before dispatch. This is production and order preparation time, not the delivery transit time. Transit time varies by destination and carrier; no universal delivery date is guaranteed.

Tracking and delivery

Orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Keep your delivery details accurate and complete. Contact us if you need help with tracking or a delivery problem.

Orders outside the European Union

The buyer is responsible for applicable import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges for every destination outside the European Union. Free shipping covers transport and does not mean that duties or import charges are included. LOHN does not collect these import charges at checkout. They may be requested by customs or the carrier before or upon delivery and must be paid by the buyer. LOHN does not promise delivery free of customs charges. Customs processing may affect delivery times.
