Refund policy
30-day returns for standard products
You may notify LOHN that you wish to return a standard product within 30 days of delivery, without giving a reason. Send the goods back within 14 days of your notice. This voluntary policy extends, and does not replace or restrict, applicable statutory withdrawal rights.
How to request a return
Email lohndesign@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to return the product. Contact us for practical return instructions; prior authorisation is not a condition for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
Change-of-mind return costs
The buyer pays the direct return shipping cost for a change of mind, provided this responsibility was disclosed before purchase as required by law. LOHN does not charge a restocking fee or a fixed return penalty. For furniture or other goods that cannot normally be returned by post, the estimated return cost must be disclosed before purchase where required. Contact LOHN before ordering for the estimate for your product and destination. If the required information was not provided, the applicable legal rules on return costs prevail.
Condition of returned goods
You may inspect the goods as you would in a shop. You may be responsible for a proven reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods' nature, characteristics and functioning. Any reduction is assessed individually; no automatic deduction applies. Please package the goods securely for return.
Incorrect, defective, damaged or lost orders
Contact LOHN if the goods are incorrect, defective, damaged in transit or not delivered. LOHN provides the remedies required by applicable consumer law, which may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund depending on the circumstances, and bears necessary return costs where legally required. Please retain packaging and provide available photographs to help us investigate; this does not restrict your statutory rights. Transit loss or damage must not be treated as a change-of-mind return.
Refunds
Refunds use the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without cost to you. LOHN processes refunds within 14 days of return notice; where permitted, reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received back or evidence of return is supplied, whichever is earlier. Reimbursable original standard delivery costs are included; standard shipping on this store is free. Any lawful reduction for diminished value is explained individually.
Personalised orders
A lawful exclusion from change-of-mind returns may apply to genuinely bespoke goods made to your individual specifications, and will be disclosed before purchase. Selecting a standard catalogue colour, finish or size does not by itself exclude returns. Rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Solutions without a return
LOHN may agree an appropriate solution without requiring return in an individual case. No automatic partial-refund amount or order-value threshold applies, and statutory remedies remain unaffected.
