Can I choose a finish?
Many designs offer finish or component-color options. Available choices vary by product. Select your configuration on the product page before adding it to your cart.
Does the furniture require assembly or wall fixing?
Requirements vary by design. Check the product description for assembly, mounting and installation information before purchase.
Are wood-colored finishes solid hardwood?
A finish name such as Walnut or Oak may describe a stain applied to poplar plywood. The product description identifies the underlying material.
Are the dark edges intentional?
On applicable laser-cut designs, dark edges are part of the intended finish and highlight the construction.
Do clocks include a battery?
Check the clock description for its mechanism and battery requirements. Batteries are not included where the listing states this.
How long does preparation take?
Preparation takes 7 working days for every product category. Carrier transit time is additional and varies by destination.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is free to eligible destinations available at checkout. Import duties, import taxes and customs clearance charges for destinations outside the EU are paid by the buyer.
Can I return an order?
Notify us within 30 days of delivery to return a standard product, then send it back within 14 days of notice. Contact us for return instructions. Can I request a custom size?
Contact LOHN before ordering with your preferred width, depth, height and intended use. Feasibility, price and preparation requirements must be confirmed for the specific design before you buy.
Can I request a finish sample?
Ask the studio which sample options are currently available for the product you are considering. Sample contents, price and any credit toward an order must be confirmed before purchase.
Will a sofa arm table fit my sofa?
Measure the arm width and check its shape against the selected product dimensions. Send us the measurements if the listing does not provide the clearance information you need.
What tools will I need?
Follow the assembly instructions for your chosen design. Check the listing for interlocking parts, tools, wall fixings and mounting requirements; ask us before ordering if anything is unclear.
How should I care for my product?
